Exchanges and Returns

 Returns and exchanges:

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange the item you purchased:

1.  Please send me an email at Rachel@rfkjewelry.com, within 5 business days of receiving the jewelry.
2. Attach a photo of the order invoice or any other identifier for your order to the email.
3. Please indicate if you wish to return or exchange the item. 
4. Returns must be made within two weeks of receiving the package, and are the responsibility and at the expense of the customer, provided the item is returned in full and in its original packaging.
5. Returns must be made via courier to the studio in Gedera, by prior arrangement, or in person.
6. Your refund will be processed after receiving the item in its original condition, minus the shipping cost if the shipping was free.

Items that are custom-made or personalized (including especially large or small ring sizes) cannot be returned or exchanged.
